Each hop harvest is an opportunity for the mad scientists of the hop industry to introduce their newest experiments. Zumo is a thrilling new hop from the folks at Segal Ranch, named aftera Spanish term for citrus zest. Its vibrant lime characteristic hooked the Stone crew immediately, and it was time for them to do a little experimentation of their own. They found out that Mosaic hops, when taking a backseat in the recipe for once, truly elevated Zumo’s flavour to monstrous levels of refreshing zestiness.
