The Weißbierbrauerei Hopf has nearly 100 years of brewing tradition and innovation behind it which has determined the history and the name Hopf.  Hopf has stood for the very special enjoyment of wheat beer since 1921.  The brewery has a strong relationship with the local farmers who produce the the raw materials.  For a first-class beer you also need first-class water and that is what Hopf get from the Leitzach Valley in their idyllic foothills of the Alps. Together with the traditional art of brewing, Hopf beers with a strong character and specialty are created in accordance with the specifications of the Bavarian Purity Law.
