Zötler have been brewing their beers in Rettenberg, at the foot of the Grünten, for 21 generations or more than 570 years.  They are not only the oldest brewery in the Allgäu, but also the oldest family brewery in the world.  Over the centuries, the family has been characterised by a love and passion for beer and a friendly bond with their customers.
