Lost and Grounded

Lost and Grounded Brewers is a brewery in Bristol, UK, established in July 2016. The brewers are particularly fascinated by the precision of German brewing and the idiosyncratic nature of Belgian beers, and they choose the brewhouse of their dreams that could help them make these wonders of fermentation.  All of their beers are unfiltered, unpasteurised and vegan friendly.

It’s no secret they love lager: L&G operate a state-of-the art Brewhouse, complete with a lactic acid propagation plant (traditional German method of adjusting acidity) to produce beers with balance, nuance and depth of character.
