The Gänstaller Bräu brewery was born in December 2010 in Schnaid in Germany taking its name from the founder Andreas Gänstaller. Andreas Gänstaller carried on his dream for a long time, starting his apprenticeship in historic breweries in and around Bamberg from an early age.  Driven by a deep connection to the cultural heritage of beer, the team at Ganstaller brew everyday with passion, perfection and creativity. They produce their beers manually using traditional techniques, in depth expertise and with the best ingredients. Their dream is to brew beers not just for regional market but for the whole world to enjoy.
