Brauerei Karg is located in the historic town centre of Mumau am Staffelsee and now in its fourth generation cultivating the traditional art of brewing.  Karg specialises in top fermented wheat beers, made in the old Bavarian way with a gentle level of carbon dioxide and secondary fermentation in the bottle.
