‘Barbe Noël’ (Christmas beard in French), is one of the rare robust Blonde Christmas beers.  It is only brewed with natural ingredients and undergoes primary fermentation in cylindrical conical tanks for fourteen days followed by secondary fermentation to reach the desired 10.00% abv.
